quote:I would think Irving's primary value would be to let Lebron get quality rest. Always having Lebron or Irving on the court would be nice. Him playing alongside Lebron and taking a bunch of shots without even going through lebron just seems like a waste. Basically if he wants to play iso ball and shoot a bunch of threes then I'd tell him to have at it when Lebron is out of the game.
Kyrie is very basketball immature so he likes to do isolationist and crap that's been proving not to work time and time again. He also has a hard time getting his team involved.

Lebron is getting VERY FAVORABLE treatment so far from the refs.
Very sickening how terrible the calls have been.

the goal this offseason should be packaging irving for another point guard. he just wont cut it.

going to be a long two months
You mean him just using his forearm to shove guys out of the way right in front of the refs?
In clear view and no offensive foul?

That's exactly what they do in quarters 2 and part of 3 and 4. They'll keep Kyrie in while James sits out and the offense will go to shite or Kyrie will score a bunch because he's either hot or cold.

Irving back to playing like crap
He isn't going to be able to go off on KCP.
Good first quarter, minus all the giveaways.

His game has really fallen off since his injury.

That one on the baseline against Mr. April was exceptionally bad.

Stevie Blake giving Kyrie hell

just not the same agreed, but he doesn't run an efficient or remotely good offense when lebron goes off the court.
that has always been the issue when he was in cleveland and one of the issues with the current rockets. can't expect lebron to play every waking minute and be a threat on defense.

Detroit has a shite ton of young talented players.

Johnson, KCP, Drummond, and Reggie. This team is gonna be an issue in the comin years. Bower and SVG is building something special

Agree. He'll probably be traded this offseason if Clev knows what's good for them. He's the same type of player as Iverson.
