I think anything plus Noel would be gravy right now. Noel is a defensive stud who is young and on a good contract plus he has shown the ability to at least finish around the rim offensively. He's much better than any player the Cs could pick at 3.

For only one more year, though.
The rest of your statement is true.

I agree. I hate Boston but that trade is a major win for them imo

If he a UFA or RFA next summer? I feel like unless he explodes this season he can still be resigned at a very team friendly contract.

Philly trying to get the 3rd pick. If they get it, I'm sure they take Dunn.
What's it gonna take for Boston to bite? Gotta be Okafor and another piece. I don't think Noel would do it

Noel and next year's 1st? Or is that pushing it?

That's NFL level premium for a draft pick. That 3rd pick isn't worth near that IMO, I think just Noel could get it done. Of course Boston will wait it out and push for more but I think they'd be happy with swapping the 3 for Nerlens in the end. I believe he's originally from the Commonwealth as well

Brooklyn has traded forward Thad Young to the Indiana Pacers for the 20th pick and a future 2nd rounder, league sources tell @TheVertical.

Good for Thad, will fit in well. Need to get monta out of there, him and Teague seem like a horrible fit.

In preliminary trade talks, Houston pitched the Sixers a package involving Trevor Ariza and Patrick Beverley for Nerlens Noel, per source.

RFA, but he's going to get a large contract unless he has a disastrous season.
