huh? I thought that post was hilarious.

Those two do not necessarily make the difference but they are an improvement over last year

And also, keep in mind both players' salaries wont go against the cap (trade and mid-level exception)

Heat signed them for cheap when a lot of other teams are signing shittier players for much more.

It remains to be seen what else will happened but the Heat got better today with those moves.

With McRobers sure, but Granger is garbage.

People on here don't like SAS, including myself, but he DOES have legit sources (unlike Broussard). SAS knows a lot of shite.

While I agree. I am going to listen to guys like Marc Stein and Woj over him and none of them are even mentioning the Heat as a viable options. All signs point to NY, LA, or CHI.

If Melo loves his money as much as he does, why is Chicago still listed as an option?

Market size
Close to max money
Fit
Shares an agent with Thibs
Plus they are vaunted to the front of the line in the East if he goes there.

@Probballdraft: I'm told the Cavs primary focus upon signing LeBron would be to acquire more shooters. Ray Allen would be a target.

I would guess they would also turn to guys the Heat were targeting in Anthony Morrow and Marvin Williams
