I have a feeling that Cavs 'fans' are going to be unbearable in here come November.

Speaking of, they are back in talks with Minnesota to acquire Kevin Love. Package would start with Butler and Gibson

I feel like Conley has never missed a 3 against OKC.
He shot terribly in this past series. Worst I've seen him shoot in a long time.

I saw that. I honestly just hope he ends up in the East.
Cavs are probably going to frick up and hold out on Wiggins too long.

It's mostly the same guys.

It will be them, x 2. A bunch of diehard Cavs fans for life, that nobody has ever heard from.

I have a funny suspicion that this renewed "interest" in Love by the Bulls FO is to scare Cleveland to try to give up an even bigger package to get Love to weaken them.
The Bulls FO by all accounts love their moves thus far. I'd be shocked if they really had intentions to go all in for Love.

Signals emanating from Cleveland are clear that Cavs think they'll ultimately construct a trade framework Minnesota will accept for KLove

Cavs know it'll cost Wiggins/Bennett/future first to get Love. If Wolves insist on moving Kevin Martin with Love, more pieces must be added

Yep. I suspect Chicago is attempting to pressure Cleveland into giving up more.

I agree. I think Chicago is pretty happy with where they stand and just want to frustrate/weaken Cleveland.

Kevin Martin has to be one of the most undesirable players in the NBA
Posted on 7/22/14 at 3:03 pm to GeauxAggie972
The Cavs don't have enough salary with Wiggins and Bennett for Love, let alone Kevin Martin's contract. Cavs should tell Minny to get fricked if they want to move Martin's contract as well.

That would be my line of thinking

He would actually be a really good fit on that team.

I'd love to have his shooting off the Grizzlies bench.

I believe Wiggins and Bennett would have combined salaries of ~11m, which should work out against Love's 15.7m. It's close, but I believe it does work.

For any knowledgeable and unbiased Bulls fan, (hypothetical here) what would it take for a team to get Noah?
As a Hawks fan who likes the way the Spurs play is built around continuity. Nothing would make me happier than reuniting Horford and Noah in Atlanta to run the front court in Buds offense. Horford has the mid range to play the 4, and getting Noah would easily strengthen our post off/def/rebounding. I was thinking the following would be a solid trade:
Bulls Send:
C Joakim Noah
F Doug McDermott
Hawks Send:
F Paul Millsap
F Kyle Korver
Future 1st Round Pick
------------------
Chicago signed Pau Gasol who could play center. They get Millsap as a "consolation" to not giving up their immenent future for Kevin Love. They also get fan favorite Kyle Korver back in Chicago. That team would be a seriously good shooting squad.
Atlanta would finally get their #5 and they get a good shooting replacement in McBuckets.

Noah finished top 5 in the MVP voting if I recall correctly. Chicago is not trading him for anybody not named Durant or Lebron, IMO.
