That doesnt really have anything to do with lebron being intentionally fouled, getting t'd up from nazr flopping, and then being pushed down. It fact, it is quite the opposite.

LeBron doesn't get preferential treatment. That was proven by him getting a tech. I don't think he should have gotten one. The man was tackled at halfcourt from behind. His reaction was reasonable.
When I think of preferential treatment, I think of guys like Reggie Miller and Rip Hamilton.
