I know we probably don’t have a lot to rodeo guys around here but Ky Hamilton took a nasty shot to the head tonight in bull riding knocked in unconscious and when they took him out the arena he was still unconscious he’s leading the world standings thru 5 rounds at the NFR hope he’s okay he’s a great guy

How difficult is it to actually ride a bull? I feel like I could atleast get to about 5 seconds first try.

I was an all state athlete and got on probably 40 and rode 7. You would probably get off before they opened the gate to be honest.

Did the student rodeo with a retired bull. They are a massive hulk of muscle that are done with you when they are done. I couldn't imagine a full on bucking bull

It is miserable having to deal with people unable to type a paragraph that involves skills taught in elementary school. We all make mistakes but a full on paragraph without a single punctuation with your electronic device offering to correct is an outright disgrace.

FWIW, the kid suffered a concussion, will miss round 6 and be reevaluated before round seven.

Glad that is all that he suffered. When the bulls head came up hitting Ky's face and sent him helicoptering 10' in the air, it looked quite a bit worse. Baw was out cold before he knew what hit him.
I wonder if he will have a helmet on the next time he saddles up. That is a tough live to live. Earn your money now, because you will need all of it and more for the medical bills later in life.

He used to wear a helmet up til earlier this year he took it off because he wasn’t riding well. When he rode with just a cowboy hat he went on a run and just stuck with it. He was the only rider with no helmet.

Ky Hamilton ended up riding in Round 6 this afternoon and placed 3rd with a 85.5 point ride. Just insane for him to comeback after last night. 16 hours ago he got knocked out and broke a rib.

Yes. Kid has had a tremendous rookie year as a pro. Won Cheyenne and set the all time record score in the finals.
