You forgot Hustler club. 
That Miami AU guy may not know the difference, which is understandable. But that TT guy is a huge fgt. IIRC, saw him posting on the SECR right after Bama won the SECCG to give an idea. He definitely seems like he's down to have a great time, so we should all internalize his opinions on NOLA or major events in cities for future reference.

Property is dirt cheap in NOLA? Maybe in the hood, but I assure you trying to buy property uptown or any nice part of town is NOT cheap.

Good call. Most who say NO is a shithole have spent all of there time in the FQ.
Did my first vacation in NO since college after Thanksgiving. Did it up right in Uptown/Garden district. It's definitely more classy in those area.
