The test was diluted

The NFL treats a diluted test as a failure

What are you missing here?

Is this stated in the CBA? I'm asking, because that would be definitive. Where I'm employed, a diluted drug test isn't considered a failure, but a an immediate re-test is required, or you're terminated. Does anyone know the actual rules the NFL has regarding this?

I'm pretty sure it's an automatic failure but the player does have appeal rights and the fact that he wasn't actually in the league yet will be a factor.

I wouldn't call a immature act done as a young 17-18 year old kid a character flaw. He did what many guys have done in college bars across the country.

So you respond with a play in which the DB fell down, in a game he lost, Vs a player he "shits all over".

cool

It doesn't matter if it was dilluted or not. Saints aren't taking this dude. He has no pocket awareness, and was slow before the ACL. He's a statue that will not succeed against NFL pressure.

He was also surrounded by elite talent. He's got a great arm, but that's about it. Unless he has 5 secs to throw, he'll fail.

I said link to where mett 100% failed the test. he responded with a link to Von miller's suspension. that's not what I asked. it's a completely different circumstance.

y'all can't do the one simple thing I asked for yet I'm the idiot. lol

Was his test diluted? Yes

Does the Miller story not show you how the NFL handles a diluted test?

In this case there are none. They are prospective employees, who aren't covered by the CBA.
