I'd like to vote in favor of no trades.
Also what about doing teams how they finished, 1-30 (no team has more than one pick in each round) and do the snake draft to even it out. Otherwise it's just going to be top heavy. Just a suggestion.

It will go by the same way the real draft will go. The idea is to be as close to it as possible while picking who, in the poster's estimation, is the best possible pick for the team.

are realistic trades allowed then? IE trading back in the draft ect?

yes. i wrote about it earlier.
so long as the trades meet the nfl draft pick value chart (or close to it), I'm fine with that.
I think we can do players too, but nothing ridiculous. Others may not want that though.
