MSB CFB Playoff Prediction Game

So FootballNostradamus did this a couple years ago (I pretty much stole word from word the rest of his OP), and I found it intriguing. It spawned out of something a local radio host used to do in regards to Final Four selections in March Madness.

Essentially it works as follows. We are using the AP Poll. Your selections and the points you can get for that team successfully making it are tied to their preseason ranking.

So, if you pick teams 1, 2, 3 and 4, and they all make it, you get 10 points. If someone else picks teams 1, 3, 7, and 12, and only teams 12 and 7 make it, they have 19 points. Make sense? It sorta incentivizes picking underdogs and makes things a little interesting.

We did it where you pick 4 teams plus you get one wildcard outside the top 15. If you pick anyone outside the top 25 we'll say you get 35 should all hell break lose and that team makes it. So you pick your 4 teams, plus the wildcard and you also pick the winner. Should your winner actually win you double their ranking and that's how many points you get.
