The winner is James Harden. He exposed a loophole in the league for a long time. Tough to watch him draw 15 FTs nightly.

CP3- dirty player, whiner, manipulated the CBA for his own benefit. Little man’s syndrome(his own brother says that to this day)

He is 6’ and a super athlete.LOL

I can’t imagine him really being like that.

What has Davis possibly done to be mentioned in a thread like this?

Absolutely yes.

With LeBron leading the pack.

It’s not debatable that he is the most hated/divisive ‘star’ player in NBA history.

Is he the most disliked ‘superstar’ in any pro sport ever? He might be.

Probably not, but it's the first Era that has to deal with social media and people expecting every athlete to have an opinion on everything, so most come across extremely poorly.

social media and the 24 hour sports talk environment exposed him as kind of a dick

It’s mentioned at times, but bears repeating the factor this plays for today’s athletes. Players like even Jordan, who I loved growing up and is the GOAT, would be viewed differently had social media been around. Or earlier eras as well. Could you imagine the Bad Boy Pistons with Twitter and FB?

Still, there’s a crop of likable guys in the league too who are fun to watch - Giannis, Dame, Luka, Jrue, Booker, Mitchell, even the Splash Bros resurgence.
