yes. They were VERY smug about things over the last four years or so, and that really got annoying.
Also, the St. Louis Cardinals, only because EVERY announcer seems to want to remind everyone that they have the most knowledgeable fans in baseball. I tend to think that some of that has gotten into their fans' heads, because even THEY have seemed a bit smug and arrogant about how much more "knowledgeable" they are than the rest of us fans. frick them and their sky arch.

Yes, it is a sad indictment of our society when people praise the Yankees as doing things "the American Way", because that implies that the "American Way" is to overspend, get a poor return on your investment, and screw your clients over.

At least it's looking like Papi and Manny were juicing during their title runs, so i hope that tarnishes their success in the public eye.
