FYI . I did this with a couple hundred last night . Spread them out over 4 or so parlays. Hit cash out early on original bet and it converted it all to withdrawable cash. Not sure if I caught a loophole you can’t do that on the other apps.

DK has the same promotion. I set up both accounts for my wife, and bet that $10 on the Rams to win $560.
Then went to my Caesars app and bet $211 on the Bengals to win at +170 (winnings of $359, return of $570).
Guaranteed $349 profit either way

$10 to win $560 on the Bengals
$380 to win $190 on the Rams at -200 (total return of $570)

I’ll have to hedge by setting up draft kings accounts. Betting on the Rams with that is smarter because it makes hedging with the Bengals a better payout.
ETA: I see you explained it farther up

Of course there’s risk of a huge upset but find a game with a massive favorite and bet their ML. You’ll only make a few cents but it will turn that bonus money into real money in your account when it pays out.
