Handed them about a minute and a half. If they just would have had the first down play go two seconds longer (a sweep or something) then it would have hit the 2 minute warning before 2nd down.

First of all, how does he not call a longer developing play on 2nd down? 2 more seconds gets you to the 2 minute warning.
