So they just totally ignore the illegal touching? I guess penalties against a qb trump all other penalties.

As a Rams fan I guess I can take solace in the fact that we will be in LA soon.

I also would hate for this coaching staff to be stressed about moving to LA, so hopefully we'll totally revamp the staff as well.
