Totally agree. It was clear that it was a catch. Honestly, he took 2 steps (or a "football move"), then lost the ball as his elbow hit the turf. Once he has made a catch, and his elbow hits the turf, he is supposed to be "down". If anything that should have been ruled a fumble, recovered by Cinci.
