the wall height at Atlanta Fulton County stadium in 1992 was 10 feet compared to 8 feet for the stadium in Anaheim. That in combination with the game situation (Braves up 1-0 over the Pirates in the 9th inning) as well as the ramifications of the season (the Braves were trying to extend their win streak to 13 games, where they started the streak 5 games out of first and ended a few games up in a tight pennant race) makes the Nixon catch much more impressive.
