Chuck Norris is no joke. He was instrumental in bringing Brazilian jiu jitsu to the United States in the late 80s and early 90’s. If he could take down Tyson, the Norris would win.

They once asked Chuck Norris who would win in a street fight him or Bruce Lee...and Norris chuckled and said, well I actually fought in tournaments...Bruce, well his fights were scripted.

Traditionally boxers do fricking awful against martial arts guys.
And I don't mean bullshite Kung-Fu or Karate. But guys who can fricking kickbox and Jujutsu and take someone to the ground.
Boxing is not real life fighting where people grapple and tackle each other in some bar fight. Boxing is a specific sport, the sweet science...but there's a reason there are boxing rules...they don't want it to turn into a grappling, tackling, wrestling event.
Mike Tyson's power is because he could get inside and he could only get inside with boxing rules...MMA rules? Shite, keep him at bay with foot to body and face and once he comes inside tackle him to the ground.
Boxing is a controlled aggression sport with specific rules; MMA isn't.

Wasn't Lee notorious for being a street fighter in China?
Also his fight with Wong Jack Man who was considered a legendary fighter.

With his athleticism, I have no doubt w training Tyson could have been a beast at MMA. He wasn’t some giant meat can who could just punch hard. He was shorter and lightening fast. Further, based on his upbringing I’m sure he’d have no issues w “street fighting”
