Better yet, with no one back to recieve, why not use the QB out of the shotgun to pooch punt ? QB's handle the ball much more, and n one can block a pooch, from the shotgun.

Michigan shouldn't have even tried to punt. Dear god, Michigan State had no timeouts left, just take a knee or run the ball and let them try to rush onto the field to try to run one play at best. That one play would have likely never happened.

Never should have been a rugby style kick. One step kick and go home. Tell your punter if you muff the snap fall on the ball.
