If they can get it going 50k won’t be nearly enough.

Last canes game I went to was in 2017. They were undefeated and ranked 3 going into this one. The won this game, then lost the next week to Pitt, then to clemson in the conf championship, then lost the bowl game. Stadium was packed and rocking. Hard rock holds 65k+

If that’s not up to an elite standard I would start there and just keep playing at Hard Rock.

Unfortunately Hard Rock is incredibly far from their campus.

If that was a common occurrence they would plan on a bigger stadium. During UM's glory days the Orange Bowl was filled only once or twice a year

50k seats???

It’s Miami. And not only that, attendance numbers are on the decline across the board, no need for them to build a larger capacity.

It's funny how in the 80s everybody thought the old Orange Bowl site (which was a badass old stadium that could have been updated) was in such a shitty area, so they pick up an move out to wayyy BFE. Then over the past 20 years or so, the area so gentrifies that the old site is where they choose to build their shiny new MLB park.
