So what you're saying is if the grizzlies shoot 80% from free throw and take better advantage of these turnovers, the rest of the series won't be close? The grizzlies have room to improve in this series as well.

Obviously Grizz (and any team) can always make improvements. I just think it's pretty obvious Thunder played a poor game. We'll see if they can make necessary adjustments in either games 3 and/or 4.

The Thunder were forced to play a poor game.

That's just what the Grizzlies do.

I read and posted for an hour+ this morning on Interstate 44

OT: I wonder if anyone has ever died posting on TD?

Meh, you shot 43% from the field and 37.5% from the 3. Grizz shot 42% from the field and 27% from the 3.

Thunder shot 89% from the FT line (24-270 and Grizz shot 72%(23-32). The difference was on the boards where the Grizz have the huge edge. So getting beat there results in a lot of extra chances for the Grizz. You can stop acting like the Thunder lost the game. The Grizz played their game and made you play it too. Thats how they win.

I'd say it was both. Thunder were lazy on grabbing defensive boards. Grizz were crashing the boards hard on the offensive end. Thunder had some boneheaded, inexcusably avoidable turnovers. Grizz created several big turnovers.

Grizzlies were great at grabbing offensive boards.

Grizzlies harassed ballhandlers and passing lanes and caused turnovers and migraines.

See above.

You're acting like the Grizz didnt actually win. More like the Thunder lost the game because they played bad.

Never heard the expression "the other team didnt win that game. We lost it"

Guess not.

The grizzlies have also missed 19 free throws in this series. They start shooting like they normally do and you're down 2-0.

I said that, verbatim above.

I said this as well.

There were several plays Thunder either were lazy on the boards or made bad passes that ANY team would have taken advantage of.

There were also several plays of each variety solely created by the Grizz play.

And if Austin Daye starts getting minutes from Tayshaun, then we win both games by 20.
