Matt Corral is playing as good as anybody this year. Should he be getting hype for this year’s draft? He played fairly well last year considering his coach sucked and he was injured. He shows poise, leadership, mobility, Accuracy, and good arm strength. Only thing I can see against him is size and a small sample size of playing time.

Unless he continues to dominate, he should definitely come back. He could be a top 2 pick next year depending on how Sam Howell continue its to develop.

What happened to that fast QB that shredded LSUs defense last year? Is he still at Ole Miss?

Not yet

Not really, he was bad against everyone but Arkansas and Southeastern. He basically came into the season with no drat resume. Keep it up this season then he's on radars.

He can't complete a 10 yard pass so there was never a chance he would play with Kiffin as coach.

I wonder how much teams will be scared off by the recent history of Ole Miss QBs: Jevan Snead, Swag Kelly, Shea Patterson, etc...It’s not good.

You realize that he is only a redShirt sophomore this year? And with the blanket waiver from the NCAA for fall sports he could theoretically be our QB for three more years after this one.

Start as a redShirt senior and let Arch Mannning redhsirt as freshman to learn the system then take over as a redshirt freshman in year 5 of Kiffin

Jordan Ta'amu will probably end up having the longest career of all of them.

Did you know the #1 pick last year was Joe Burrow? Did you know that he played at LSU? Jordan Jefferson, Anthony Jennings, Brandon Harris, etc...It's not good.

Is he still on the team or did he transfer? That kid was electric with the ball in his hands.

All of those guys you mentioned were terrible at LSU. All of the Ole Miss QBs I rattled off performed very well for Ole Miss and then did nothing after leaving the program.

One was the last pick the other two were undrafted. They played under different coaches and in different systems, Snead was there over a decade ago. How is it relevant at all?

He’s not staying for more than one more year if he keeps playing this well.

Yeah, committed suicide a little over a year ago. Family thinks it was CTE related.
