Massey Composite

1) LSU
2) Ohio State
3) Clemson
4) UGA
5) Penn State
6) Oregon
7) Alabama
8) Florida
9) Notre Dame
10) Oklahoma

Still have polls that have LSU as low as 3, which is insane, but they're #1 with 51 polls in so far.

ETA - updated with 55 polls in.

I wonder if the ESPN FPI still have Bama above LSU.

They're supposed to be predictive, not necessarily resume rankings. However, LSU still dominated statistically.

Looks like Massey is mostly accurate, as usual.

Are they fricking serious? They put THAT much stock in the second half of an Ole Miss game LSU won by 21 points and had in the bag since halfway through The second?

It’s one of the reasons I hate when people “well it’s opponents adjusted” but Clemson gets so much credit for mopping up a easy schedule.

LSU is really just getting punished for NSU and vandy.
