How fricked are the Chiefs going to be or do you think the talk of a team friendly deal ,relative to what he should be paid, will be made?
There has been talks that new language in the contract will be present that has never been seen before.
I'm nervous as frick about it lol.

It’s coming to an end. Sad state of the NFL. QB’s wanting to be highest paid limits the team moving forward. But let this happen before Dak gets a contract. He surely will want more than PM.

I think $40M AAV with $130-150M Guaranteed is probably in the range of what he will get/deserve, if he takes somewhere around what Russell Wilson or Jared Goff (around $35M AAV) that would be as close to a discount as you will get.

Hopefully Mahomes gets done first because Dak asking for more I think will kill any goodwill he has with the fan base and management.
That is the only way we don’t throw away the next five years of the franchise.

He should be the highest paid in the NFL. But I don’t think he will be that greedy if it hurts other players on the team that will effect winning.

He’s going to get paid. The new CBA will help. The problem for KC is they are about to be another 100 million dollar QB club. Hasn’t led to championships for the Giants, Saints, Falcons, Seahawks or Ravens after they had to pay their QBs that level of money. ItMs a drain on resources.

We should be mad at owners and the NFLPA for allowing a salary cap to become a fixture in the NFL.
