Injured ribs/shoulder in dirt bike accident.

ETA: Thanks for clarification on the shoulder. Didn't see that listed.

It isn't the ribs they are worried about. It is his left shoulder which is kind of important.

Grade 1 or 2 left shoulder AC sprain, out 6-8 weeks.

Are motorcycles not usually strictly prohibited to professionals during the season?

Damn. I sprained/separated my AC joint doing stupid shite on a 4-wheeler around age 19. It fricking sucks for a while.

They should be.
The Braves had a player named Ron Gant back in the 90s and he broke his leg riding a 4 wheeler at night right after signed a fat contract.

Me too. Dude was solid throughout the 90s. Over 300 hrs in his career. Never liked the Braves, but damn, they did have some great teams in the 90s.
