Mac Jones for Heisman just sealed for me

I didn't realize he was completing 76.5% of his passes. That is unreal for as many times as he throws down the field. He's not running a dink and dunk spread, but a true pro style offense, so that % is incredible.

well he is throwing to Alabama receivers

He's definitely the most deserving QB. Would love to see the split in stats for throwing to the different WRs

Arguably their best WR has been injured most of the season though.
I don't care if you're throwing to the three amigos, it's impressive.

Reading comprehension. He's my pick.
No way they give it to a white kid this year.

I bet you say other people are too obsessed with race

Even more incredible that his best WR isn’t playing

They are. Hence my comment.

Jesus, Smith has been injured all season and been that good? Probably takes away from Mac's argument then.

You also thought UGA's WRs would just run by Cincy all day too.
Your predictions today have not been good

I guess you forgot who Jaylen Waddle is?

Agreed. Not watching football most of the year made me rusty.

Sec defenses have been atrocious this season. I mean horrifically bad. That has helped a ton on top of their offensive weapons.
He does not throw down field as much as you’d like to believe either.

Whats his highlight play? Every winner has that showcase play right where that 1 guy makes something happen and everybody thinks man this guy is unreal.
Burrow had the scramble throw against UGA
Derrick Henry the run against Auburn
Cam had the run against LSU
Manziel the fumble, spin around touchdown against Alabama.
What was the moment where Mac Jones took over a game and made a play that showed he was the best player in CFB? I don't remember that play? Mac has played great. I take nothing from him there. But how much of it is pure individual skill vs playing behind the best o line in the country, throwing to 2 of the best WRs in the country and handing off the best RB in the country?
Devonta Smith has made those wow plays. Had his moments where he's taken over games and you think this kid is unstoppable. He's the winner IMO.

Waddle is better than Smith?
Man I guess that's why Bama lost two games last year. Shouldve treated him like their #1 like Smith instead of their #4

Overrated concept. When you execute as well as he does one lucky play gets lost in the highlight reel.

I think you're right. But my vote would be Jones.
