The LSU fan base was really down after the Troy loss, not knowing where the next win will come from. But now they are on track to go 10-3 on the season.

Looked like it would be another 7-9 type season when the Saints after started 0-2.

What a turn around it has been for the Louisiana football teams!

Saints could advance to the SB at this rate, this might be the greatest team of the Sean Payton era next to the SB team and 2011, UNSTOPPABLE and Drew's still balling out despite not carrying the offense like years' past: 70% completion rate and low INT total, very efficient

We probably will and it'll be a def improvement over the last 3 seasons and justify the hiring of Eaux to some extent

With LSU having a down year and over coming the retarded hire of Ed 0, a 10 win finish would be nice.

What turnaround? They've just been playing the shittiest teams in the SEC.

Helps to play a ridiculously shitty schedule based on the SEC being an utter joke. The Auburn win was great but outside of that and not getting blown out by the weakest Bama team in quite some time, it’s nowhere near what the Saints have been doing.

"The Troy loss galvanized this team!"

Why did they need to lose to Troy? The fire should have been there especially after State.

We're 1-1 against teams with a pulse post Troy. The rest of the teams have been hot garbage.

Both are overblown. LSU has only beat 1 or 2 bowl eligible teams. The Saints are on this streak mainly b/c their D has played well and are wearing teams down controlling the clock by runnng. They haven’t played an offense ranked in the top half of the league over the last 7 games. Saw what happened when they played teams with a pulse on O.

I don’t know if it is really a turn around, or simply a supremely down year in the SEC. After all LSU only has 1 win against a team with a winning record.

Auburn 9-2
Ole Miss 5-6
Florida 4-6
Tennessee 4-7
Arkansas 4-7
Syracuse 4-7
BYU 3-9
Chattanooga 3-8

LSU has lost three out of four games against teams with a winning record
