Yea we don't really give a frick about what the conference does. We're only interested in what the Cajuns accomplish.

2 days and 8 pages later, here we are.

Nothing moves the needle on TD like a thread about the Cajuns.

But they beat the mighty tigers! Ivy League must be tough this year. Yale has one pitcher with a winning record.

Love these thread. UL is the better team right now because they have a bunch of veterans on the roster. LSU is a young team that is learning how to play together. Season ending series today I would go with the Cajuns. In another couple of weeks who knows? Hope both teams find themselves in Omaha. Would be fun for the state.

No one loves LSU message boards more than Cajun fans.

Do the Cajuns have a message board?

Says the man who comes from a conference where 90% of their teams are no better than 3 games over .500

Sunbelt Non Conference Record 115-86
Ivy League Non Conference Record 50-86

The Sunbelt has lost the same number of games while winning 65 more. So yes, the Sunbelt kicks the crap out of the Ivy League. Precisely the argument that was made with that statement.

Exactly. I go to ULL, but I want both teams there because I have ties to both schools. My sister graduated from LSU, and I've always supported the school as well. I know people on both teams, and hope for success for both schools, even though I'm not a big baseball fan. Instead we have nothing but a bitch fest always going on. No one with any sense at all believes ULL will overtake LSU when it comes to athletics, but the schools progress is great. It's good to have as many schools from this state having success as possible... but instead we have nothing but a dick measuring contest on here all the time. It's really ridiculous.

If true, why is that a bad thing?

I think so.

Don't really understand where you're going.

He's laying the seeds for a Ragin Cajun forum on Tigerdroppings. It's on the horizon.

On the Baseball America podcast, they said that we're as talented or more talented than every team in the SEC, except for maybe the depth of pitching and that if we played in the SEC, they'd expect us to be near the top half of the top 10

Dont get too excited, if they said what they really thought..they would say you were 14th best in the ACC.

And probably 7th or 8th in the state of NC.

But their not bias because they rank more SEC teams in their poll

BA's crystal ball(preseason picks):
Champion: UVA/FSU
Player of the year: Schwarber(Indiana), Turner(NCst)

Pitcher of the year: Rodon(Ncst)
Freshman of the year: Chris Okey(clemson)

Not bias cuz they included BIG ten guy
