why do you USL fans leave the Lafayette off the name of your school. The only UL is in Kentucky. Even the dumbasses in Monroe can spell ULM.

You're trying to prove that UL isn't only the University of Louisville, and trying to justify ULL being UL. Well there is no UL in Louisiana.

thats a pretty poor attempt at justifying it.. if you ask people all over the country to name those schools you listed, they will all name the same 2-3 schools for each.. if you ask 99% of the country to name the school known by UL, they will all say Louisville, and not one outside of south Louisiana would say the cajuns..

I am sure every single one of those schools became well known at the exact same time...

then there is that pesky little clause in the UL system that neither ULL nor ULM can officially recognize themselves as the University of Louisiana..

fwiw, i never think of Louisville as UL.. they are Louisville..

i really wish they would go back to USL and NLU.. just call it South Louisiana and North Louisiana..
