I just heard that two of the biggest bats in the lineup for UNO, John Cable and Orynn Veillon are injured.

Cable is out for the year. Veillon for 2 months. That hurts a lot.

Pretty disappointed we let Orynn get away.

Brennan Breaux had an appeal in with the NCAA to play this year but it got denied so he'll sit out this year.

O'Neal Lochridge should get time this year at 3rd base or 1st base.

I thought baseball players could transfer and be eligible immediately. When did they change that?

Excited to see what Coach Federico can do up here in Monroe. Hopefully he’ll bring back the energy and passion that use to be up here for baseball. I really think he will but I am not expecting it to be this year.

Goodluck to everyone and enjoy the best time of the year!

Close to a decade ago, maybe longer. Doesn't seem like it was that long ago, though. Coaches got tired of summer leagues essentially being recruiting combines for the power teams.

I don't know about actual TV, but there will be several games on the WatchESPN app.

Solid matchup to start the year. Sucks they lost their ACE to injury.

I like this matchup for the nostalgia of CPM.

This will not go well!

Louisiana Tech is in Malibu for four games against Pepperdine

Damn, Pepperdine has some of the nicest views of any college baseball field. You can see the beach and the Pacific. They also had a decent squad just a few years ago when they went to a Super Regional with TCU. Haven't heard much of them since... but nice early season series to have scheduled.

From what I can tell the only games you can watch today are

Cajuns/Texas - Longhorn Network
LSU/ND - SECN+
Nicholls/Stony Brook - ESPN3
