Southland Tournament...
NSU 2 & Q
UNO trying to avoid a similar fate... trailing 4-2 in the bottom of the 7th in an elimination game
McNeese, Southeastern (tourney's in Hammond), & Nicholls all in the winner's bracket (SLU & Nicholls play tonight)
Side note... the SLC regular season champ, Lamar, is in the loser's bracket after falling in the first round to the last team to make the field

UNO's starter was apparently trying to gut out through arm soreness but didn't have his velocity and was just serving up meatballs
Gave up 2 runs and got just 1 out... left with runners on base (a 3rd scored)... but then Olivier came in and settled it all down and went the rest of the way

ULL just gave up the lead on the 3 run HR. It's 10-8 now, they were up 7-1 at one point.

Tulane, #3 Seed in AAC Tournament, beats Charlotte to advance to the Semi’s on Saturday (play winner of #7 Seed Charlotte vs #6 Seed FAU).
The #2 Seed UTSA has already been eliminated.
The #1 Seed ECU (1-1) lost their game to #4 Seed Wichita State (2-0). The #8 Seed Rice is the third team alive in that side of the bracket and they play the Pirates tomorrow.
