I was pissed when they hired Belichick. It was terrible then and has only gotten worse.
Dump Bill, his kid and his ho and start all over with a legit CFB coach. Carolina has the $$ to spend on football if they quick fricking up the HC hires.

Because the coaching staff would be viewed as being in a position of authority over lower level football program staffers. Typically a big no-no at any job to be sleeping with your subordinate employees.
Or possibly that the recruiting staff involved is / are student(s)
