its for the players, not advertising and all the contracts were already signed when they decided to implement them

It does change the game. But some matches were gonna require hydration breaks in this tourney because of safety bullshite. Id rather an even playing field.
Id also rather 0 hydration breaks but it has made for more tactical changes which I approve of rather than "wow were down early lets bunker til half"
