Well, there is a metric frickton of talent in CA that USC should have the inside track on. Versus battling all the Texas teams for players.

Lincoln Riley is a top notch offensive coordinator, but he’s not a head coach. I wouldn’t want him making organization-wide decisions, like hiring/firing of defensive coordinator or strength coach, both of which will lead to his ruin.

Here’s the deal. Lincoln is a Liar. That starement was a lie he made up to cover for another lie - that he was not talking to USC and made the decision 12 hours after offered and having just lost a game to Pokes. Once you lie you have to keep being a liar to cover for your first lie.
