Can you ask the coach to pull the RB. LSU needs him healthy
his back up probably had 100 yards

I was surprised that Neville made no adjustments thru the game, ASH ran like 6-8 plays all night. They had a really diverse plan based on a few things on tape but used none of it.

Ruston was a constant new look every series. Just found it odd.

Ruston is really good. How in the world did Neville beat them? Hats off to ASH for their first 2-5A title. With Bachman there I doubt it will be their last.

new but if they actually looked at the talent coming from Brame, the primary feeder school then they would be more educated.
there are not really many out of zone kids. And I can think of 4-5 at Tioga and 3-4 at Pineville that would play on this team. Don’t know about Peabody. Hell Menard has a couple possibly? Yes those teams aren’t that great but ASH don’t get everyone.

Tioga is usually solid at 4a level. They are down this year.

I don’t know if it was an off night but the Neville kids just looked out of sorts. Saw. Blow up or two on their sidelines.

ASH plays fast and loose, but nobody is screaming at a coach and having a locker tomorrow.

They have a couple studs. A couple are good friends with my boy, I hate they aren’t going better.

West Monroe got dominated and embarrassed tonight. Word is there will be a big overhaul in coaches.

Good to know. This seems like a program that'll be around long-term and not a one-and-done legitimate contender like 2021 Ponchatoula.
there are some great Seniors to replace and some you just really can’t. Next year will be different. But we should be able to throw it all over the yard

You don’t just replace JT. The sophmores on this team with the talent that came in last year in waiting is a good sign. Brame just dominated everyone this year so that talent is just more depth. They should be able to sustain competivenes.

That freshman game was a dog fight last year with WM. 7-7 tie with WM scoring on a kick return and hitting the cross bar on the last play from 45. ASH definitely won’t fall off the map next year.

Neville outplayed Ruston...at Ruston's house. ASH is on a different level. They worked Ruston too. Neville got humbled tonight..which will either be awful...or a good thing going into playoffs. Coaches have their work cut out. Having watched all of their games...ASH was hands down the best team Neville played all year...and it isn't close. Neville is an outstanding team...9-1 for a reason. But the better team won tonight. Elite qb...elite RB....Great line. I will be shocked if ASH doesn't win it all in Select. That is a complete team with D1 guys all over the place. More importantly, that RB (LSU commit) is a stud. He's gonna be good for the Tigers....

Yet you had some posters in here suggesting he could be moved to db or lb.

Ehhhhh. I wouldn’t put them over Karr just yet. Hate it for them as they have a historical team for their school. We’re all pulling for them. Karr is just a different animal it seems.

I admit I’ve said I think he’s a slot at LSU. I still think that’s true.

We will see. That team I watched tonight was solid in every front. And their coach is brilliant. I like their chances. They beat Ruston...they beat Neville..they beat Ouachita and West Monroe (yes...West Monroe is seriously down this year
.but still West Monroe) Karri will not run away from these guys. Don't see it. Best team in best district. We will see. Would be a fun game to watch.

ASH almost beat Karr last year. I think we could bully Karr, maybe not. I was shocked at how our OL handled Neville. We were on their LB all night. Our LBs never had a lineman touch them, That was the simple difference

You wanna see something special look at that Acadiana DL, they will clench you up.

you should watch practice. It is much more intense and fast than the game, they fly around. And we have about 8 coaches. Others we play against have 20. Bachman coaches all games freshman, JV and Varsity.

Ruston was up 36-33 with 7 min left and then had the ball at the ASH 31 with less than a minute left to win the game before they turned it over on downs. That game was back and forth all night. They did not “work” them like they did Neville tonight. This was an absolute beat down while the Ruston game could’ve gone either way. Neville outplayed Ruston because Ruston played easily their worst game of the season against them. If they meet up again in the playoffs Ruston wins by multiple scores

I feel like Alexandria is a lot like 2021 Ponchatoula in that regard.
