Any resident LHSAA gurus here?

Have a question about the rules governing student transfers. One private school to another.

Are the attendance zones published somewhere?

Basically, parents divorced. Mother listed as domiciliary parent, Metairie address, though spends equal time with each.

Attends private school in Orleans parish. Interested in transferring to different private in Orleans. Both schools I believe outside of mother's zone but both inside dad's. Again, mother listed in papers as domiciliary.

Thanks

Not my kid. Just a relative I'm trying to help make an informed decision.

Kid would not be eligible at a new school they transferred to unless it was in the attendance zone of mother's residence.

That was my interpretation as well. Thanks.

can ask for a hearing to get a ruling

if the kid transferred the new school would probably ask for an eligibility review on their own
