Thanks for the information. Dunham has done well stopping the run for most of the year. Episcopal runs the same offense.
Dunham only lost by 1 because they went for 2 and the win. I'm not expecting Dunham to win, but I wouldn't overlook them completely.

let em keep doing that...
That wasn't a U-High fan that posted that. PBS was a tough game the first time, and it's never easy beating the same team twice in the same season. And ND is unbeaten. Neither one is going to be a walk. Still beats the heck out of having to travel to Shreveport. In the case of 2012, two weeks back to back.

I know brother... I know.... with curtis coming to 3a last year everyone wrote off the Pios and Eagles.....
it's very hard beating a good team twice in HS...
and.. PBS ND will likely beat the snot out of each other anyway... ya'll home is ND wins.. road if PBS does..

He so good.

Scroll down and see his game by game highlights. Can't wait to see him at the next level. (He's 2016 slackster and Dunham's best player)

Heard about him. I'm sure he will be a focal point for CHS this week. Excited to watch him play.

Who meets Haynesville in the dome in 1A?
I think West St. John and they have a good chance of winning it. Remember last years game Haynesville scored in the final moments to win 36-35.

This is the most football that he's played in a year despite starting 2 games as a 8th grader (still missed 3 games this season, though). Still learning a bit, but he still makes plays with 2-4 guys on him all game.

Ouran. He's awfully good. Especially for a natural age / grade player
Folks at SSC. Said they never saw anything like him. And one of coached Brett f

I've seen CHNI and they are the real deal. They play at a higher/different speed and intensity than most 2A and 3A teams. That's TEAM speed, not just a couple of special kids on their squad.
The win over Loreauville wasn't surprising at all.
LHS without the Bonnette brothers would be average. CHNI without Fuselier/Pellerin would still be very good.

No way STM beats Curtis
Maybe not, but I think people are overreacting to the Breaux Bridge loss. STM can hang with Curtis IMO.

I agree they can hang if they play their best, especially with the game in Lafayette. I just don't see them actually pulling it out. Probably 35-14 type game

Sat next to deuce at the volleyball game and he said he is playing this week.

St Thomas more will give Curtis the best game they will get in playoffs

I think U high would give them a better game. STM is very weak at the line of scrimmage and would get pushed around by John Curtis.

U high couldn't stop PBS. StM much more depth

They did very little in the second half. And we weren't at full strength on defense. That offense that they all run (doesn't ND run some version too?) is tough to figure out at the start of a game when you only have a few days to practice for it.

The main concern for us. Probably the best starting unit since Mahaffey has been here, but the least depth. I still think our team that got edged out by Calvary when my oldest son was a senior had the most depth, as this year's big senior class were contributing as sophomores.
