St. Amant @ Denham Springs today (Tues) 6pm COULD be a decent ball game. Niether team, in my opinion, are good enough to make the final weekend, but both have played very well at times and might match up well.
DS pitcher Cedotal is the difference here....St. Amant will have trouble scoring runs.

Not a Zachary fan, but they know how to win and their attitude and aggression intimidates. Do they have 2 front line pitchers?
Yes....Hernandez and Van Rosenberg are both good
They do what they do very well......anything to get 3-9 on base for the top 2 hitters. It works but I think there are a few teams better.
We'll see

Whatever happened to the Live Oak and Walker seniors from last year...any playing college ball!
Walker only had 4 and two played with BRCC for a year
Live Oak had a kid go to Southeastern but he's not on roster any longer (not sure why).

Good to see my Central Catholic won and move on to face St. John. Win that and they are paired against Vermillion Catholic.

According to lhsaa.org Oak grove beat them to the punch. They beat st.ed's 8-6 if the bracket is correct.

Posted on 5/1/12 at 9:35 pm to zacharytiger08
Ahh snap! Oak grove beat OCS last year in the semis after OCS swept them in district.. OCS just played them 2 weeks ago and won 12-4 so hopefully their is a repeat of that.
