Illegal. He cross the line of scrimmage then came back behind it which you can't do and still throw downfield.

Legal ... you have to be clearly 100% over the line to be over the line of scrimmage when it comes to being able to make a forward pass or not.

If it's the ball that has to cross, then yes it's legal.
If it's his body, then no its illegal.

Touchdown, every part of the QB's body has to pass the line of scrimmage. All of his body didn't. TD, everyone on here should know this.

I know it's a loss of down. Pretty sure it's a 5 yard penalty or something like that too.
