BAHA okay i'll take the bait just to ask a question. So if his teammate didn't rebound two of his bricked threes in the last 30 seconds last night and if Ray Allen didn't hit that shot he would not be #1?

I don't how much that graphic shows considering Jordan played in college and Lebron came in straight from high school. Does that give him a four year scoring advantage when you compare them at 28. He should be leading in stats with more years then Jordan at 28.

So, LeBron gets ridiculed for being in the Finals at the age of 22, and Jordan gets to wait 9 years to get his first ring?

I have no problem with Lebron. Everybody is just to caught up with this greatest of all time bs and are to quick to claim it.
The only things I care about are that Lebron is the best player of this generation right now. Jordan was the best player of his generation.
I just looked at those stats and don't think it's a good comparison when one played in college and one didnt.

Real ballers don't play in college
By the way, moving to Austin next month and I need a new golf buddy. We can talk about the Miami championship during the round if you're down

Lebron is dead last on my GOAT list

Do the stats in that graphic also include mention of hand check rules? Take the hand check rules away, and he would have scored even more.

you learned that nobody ever has accomplished what LeBron has by age 28, and it's really not even close

No but you are obviously being selective on how you compare the two players. Why didn't you compare years in the NBA between the two players? Why pick age? The answer to that is because it makes Lebron look better

Um, hi, I didn't pick the graphic.

aside that he turned 28 during his second title season.
except the fact that LeBron had more seasons played under his belt than Jordan did.
So Jordan had only seven years in won his first title. James was nine years in.
I'm not a LeBron hater, but this age argument is so skewed to the preps-to-pro era favor, it's absurd and shouldn't be brought into discussion.

Take away man defense and he would have scored even less

LOL!!! There's no rationalizing. Magic won his first championship his rookie year and that was with Kareem getting injured and him playing all six positions in the Finals. LeBron will have time to work on his legacy but he's not in the conversation yet for GOAT

It didn't take Jordan nine seasons to win a ring. It did take James that long though.
Jordan took seven
James BBR page
This age argument is ridiculous anyway.

Oh lord, I know that's sarcasm but that is my point of comparing the different generations. It's not a fair comparison.
I'm down for golf, if you don't mind hearing about the spurs five championships.

All I am saying is that LeBron has accomplished more than anybody ever before turning 29, and it's not close at all. If he keeps it up he could be GOAT, but there are a lot of years left in which we can't predict what will happen. It's almost a certainty to say he will end up with more of everything than MJ with the exceptions of titles and finals MVPs (boards, blocks, steals, points, assists, regular season MVPs)
