LeBron James spent Wed evening (6-8:30 pm) playing pickup softball with friends/fam in Akron. A shortstop, he led his team to victory.

Not a conspiracy theorist but this sounds like a lame coverup story. Too hokey.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Could you imagine if he really did play this softball game, turn real quick and tear a knee up?. There is no way James was doing anything of that sort

Broussard is like Bucher's bitch when it comes to the NBA. After Bucher found out he messed up, he had Broussard come up with something

And a lit field to play at night.

Also funny that Broussard knows the EXACT time he played

Did LeBron call up Broussard and was like "Yo man, I'm still up here in Akron dominating some softball game from 6-8:30 and I'm spent. That Miami talk is bull"

The guy who covers the Heat for the Miami Herald just tweeted that Lebron coming late night to meet with Riley is BS

I haven't been keeping up with this all day(Thank God), but the last thing I saw said he's going to be announcing from Connecticut. Not sure if that means anything, but it's close to New York. Can't really imagine him announcing he's going to stay in Cleveland anywhere but there. But who knows.

I don't think he's going to Miami, but if he does, I think it's a terrible, terrible decision for his legacy/career/etc...And I think it could easily turn out to be a circus/trainwreck. Two alphas in their prime on the same team ain't gonna work. I don't care how many dinners they go to in the offseason.

Because honestly, even though I think Lebron is the best player in the world right now, I think DWade has bigger balls and more "championship drive" and Lebron might just wind up being Scotty Pippen to his Jordan. We'll see. They need Phil Jackson in the worst way to contain all the egos. As big a ring whore as he is, I'm sure it won't be too long before he's down there.

At this point, he should go to Chicago. Imho, Boozer > Amare and Bosh, relative to being a piece of a championship team. Especially since he's making $4 million less per than them as well.

Multiple sources are telling Newsday that LeBron James has decided to join Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in Miami. The new Big Three is here.

If this is true, Broussard looks like an absolute idiot with his comment he made

He's the guy who broke the scoop on the location of the announcement show. Still not buying it though

Also, as most of you hate him, Stephen A. Smith did call this trio coming to Miami a long time ago. It's only going to make his head bigger and his voice louder

On June 28th:
quote:

@stephenasmith: I just reported on my show that LeBron James is heading to S. Beach -- with Chris Bosh -- to team with Dwayne Wade and Pat Riley.
