Hes great, and puts up insane numbers but he doesnt have that instinct to want to completely put the team on his back and lead them through hell like Jordan or Tebow. He develops that and he will be untouchable. Hes the most talented but behind Duncan, Kobe, etc for the greatest player of this generation.

Tebow may not be the greatest quarterback, but he had the heart. In college, he put his team on his back.
