But his worst seasons are way worse.

And 0.8 is not higher than 0.8. #fact

ETA: And not just the Wizards years. The second three-peat years.

I'm no expert...but in man to man defense that sounds like a horrible idea to me.

Not when one player makes up so much of their offense, and that team has someone like Rodman who can't shoot and can be recovered to in time

Im not a LeBron homer AT ALL but Jordan got EVERY SINGLE CALL he wanted after the early 90s. He was literally untouchable. If he was having a bad shooting game the refs would get him to the foul line and send the guys guarding him to the bench by calling phantom fouls on them.

Shall we talk about how Lebron gets charged with guarding anybody from the point guard to the center?

Jordan's greatest attribute was being athletically ahead of his generation

He is essentially the Jim Brown of basketball. Certainly Jordan in his prime would still be a great player in today's league but to pretend he would be better than LJ in his prime is a joke at best.

Jordan was who he was because of the refs and David Stern. With them having his back he would ABSOLUTELY average over 30 points a game.

I hate the Spurs, but I really wish they would have just made a free throw or gotten a rebound. We were seconds away from not having to hear this garbage. Jordan NEVER disappeared in a Finals game. LeBron has done it more than once. I'm not sure if MJ even disappeared in a playoff game.

The joke is you guys with LeBron saying with his 1 ring and 10 years of ball is better than MJ. He doesn't have it mentally like Jordan. Jordan was a more prolific scorer. They are both great defenders. LeBron is a better rebounder and assist guy, although MJ wasn't too far away on assists.

It's not even a question.

ETA: This is no hate on LeBron. He's the best out there. He's a freight train that is so athletic, it's almost not fair. His 4th quarter tonight was awesome. But remember what happened at the end of regulation as well. If Pop doesn't screw up more than once or if 1 free throw goes down, you guys aren't saying shite on here.

Im not trolling. Jordan got EVERY SINGLE CALL and was untouchable. I don't blame the NBA, over 10 billion dollars was made from the Jordan hype machine, but if you don't think they made sure he never lost you are nuts.

There are definitely aspects of LeBron's game where he is superior to Jordan.

Magic played all 5 positions. All in the NBA Finals. In his rookie year.

Does that make him better than Jordan overall?

Sam Perkins and James Worthy both spent a lot of time playing with Magic and Jordan and BOTH say Magic was the better player.

This should be the nail in the coffin for all LeBron GOAT discussion.

Is LeBron a physical beast the likes of which we've never seen? YES.

So was Wilt. Even more so actually. Wilt was further ahead of the rest of his league physically than LeBron is now. FACT.

That's not what makes you the greatest.

You mean Magic's teammates liked him better than the guy on the other team?

Larry Bird said Jordan was the greatest he'd ever seen. He called him "Jesus disguised as Michael Jordan"
