Oh my. Whitlock went in dry.

quote:

Inauthenticity is my problem with LeBron. His headfirst dive into politics and social justice warrioring has made him as phony an athlete as we’ve ever seen. He’s a full-blown politician willing to say and do anything to advance an agenda.

After his servants told him vandals spray-painted the n0-word on the gate of his $20 million Brentwood, California mansion, the dude compared himself to Emmett Till’s mother. LeBron never saw the graffiti. Neither did police. LeBron’s servants removed it before police could investigate. LeBron was in Ohio at the time of the alleged crime. Emmett Till was a 14-year-old child brutally murdered in Mississippi. Spray paint is equivalent to murder?

Now LeBron’s life is dedicated to avenging the death of Breonna Taylor? Now he’s posing for pictures reading the Autobiography of Malcolm X?

Stop it. LeBron has more in common with Vanilla Ice than Emmett Till’s mama. LeBron is a studio social justice warrior. He’s dedicated to promoting the narrative that black people are perpetual victims incapable of sustaining themselves without the assistance of white liberals.

What book is LeBron reading? Malcolm’s thoughts on the Swerlin family directly contradict the narrative LeBron is promoting.

I’m tired of the media selling LeBron’s fraudulence. It’s all staged. No one inside the NBA’s China Bubble is authorized to question LeBron’s political posturing. Rooks and others pitch LeBron daily softballs.

No Lebron is uneducated because since he was 14 , he has played basketball and that is it. He didn't really do shite in high school and since then he is a gazillionaire. So he has no true life experience yet loves to preach to everyone else about how wrong they are and how smart he is.

I'll occasionally read an ebook on my phone if I'm gonna be walking the dog for several miles, but I never just break out a hardback to carry with me

The people who call lebron Uneducated are exclusively those who disagree with him politically.

I am not sure a HS diploma makes someone educated or Uneducated when it comes to politics.

I don't hate him because I disagree with him politically. I even agree with him on some things.

I hate him because he's a smug, arrogant a-hole who loves to be in the spotlight at all times. Remember when AD had that interaction with Kevin Hart on the sideline and LeBron had to get his 10 seconds in and frick with Kevin Hart?

He is constantly making himself the center of attention and it's disgusting.

Here's that video for those who don't know what I'm talking about.

AD Falls on KH.

I don’t care for his personality in general but he is very clearly a high Iq Guy. Very smart.

Street smarts trumps book smarts in a lot of things.

Look at the guys he surrounded himself with, with all the sharks in the water around this guy at all times. He has done a fabolous job of hiring people who are gonna advance his interest. That’s a lot of street smarts on display.

Street smart > Book smart.

Sorry he can’t diagram a sentence but he has sat it on multiple deals worth 100s of millions of dollars.

Sitting in a room doesn’t make someone smart or educated. I think LeBron is an incredible player that genuinely tries to do what he believes is the right thing. However, after having listen to him speak many times and reading interviews with him it’s obvious he is not a “high IQ” guy. He clearly struggles to comprehend complex ideas and normally repeats ideas and thoughts from his advisors without being able to expound or explain those ideas.
