The owls look sharp on cbssn tonight against a good Marshall team, can't wait to see who has the balls to hire him to a P5 job

But he will fool some school into hiring him

Lane was undefeated against Georgia at Tennessee. What's Gustav's record against the bulldogs?

Uh...one already did...actually two.

7-6
8-5
10-2
7-6
3-2

That's his P5 record.

Kiffin is the real deal in terms of x's and o's. His biggest downfall has always been the management side of things due to his immaturity.

Maybe he's learned a thing or two from Saban.

He's a great offensive coach. Just tends to act like he's 12 too often

Yep, programs are firing coaches right and left these days, inevitably some decent sized school is gonna say what the hell, and hire Kiffin.

Only thing holding lane back is Briles. Most p5 schools don't want Kendal on. Campus

Maybe one day, but he lacks the maturity to shoulder the weight of an SEC team. Dude can call a game though.

I think he will have to keep it up for 2 or 3 years to get a big job again. I think people are just going to be leery given his exit out of Knoxville and USC

Texas and Arizona State have already hired guys from Baylor's staff from last year. Clearly it hasn't bothered their fans or the general public very much.

He is a poor man's Bobby petrino. He needs to stay at a school that is willing to put up with him for a decent coach. I think non-p5 HC is probably his wheelhouse

He had Tennessee going in the right direction before USC called him home.

Not really. His only recruiting class was full of so many misfits that I think it contained as many murderers as players who'd go on to start 20 games. Like half of them were suspended, kicked out, or transferred in 18 months. His whole UT tenure was just snake oil and smoke and mirrors.

He increased their (TN's) offensive output by 60% in the first season.

FAU won three games last year. They're 6-3 and undefeated in conference play.

The guy can coach better than he's given credit for, I think.

To be fair, I only think it only included one murderer.
