He was specifically being compared to Lonzo from what I saw

Lonzo and his father are outspoken about not wanting to be in New Orleans

That definitely changes things when assessing value.

Lakers should make a deal for Bradley Beal ASAP, Wiz probably wouldn’t do it, but they’ve really poisoned the well with their young players

Throw Lebrons name in their too. We have known this since day 1. And that is why we are having some fun with LA

It's more about Laker delusion. West just told Magic to hold his beer

SGA is better than ball. Ball shoots 30% from the line his family is baggage

i guess. but we also have no idea how SGA feels about NOLA because, no one has asked him. and even then, lonzo would still be a pelican for at least 2 years

Where you seeing that B?

Btw, the Lakers CAN beat the bucks and Clippers best offers. Which is why the real meat of the existing offer will still be there in July. Because that's probably what it will take to beat a top offer from the Clippers.

I get its a meme at this point but I lol at the people who unironically post shite like "Ainge is gonna give them hayward smart and a seconds lol"

Do they not realize 29 other teams are willing beat that, even if it's for a rental? Eventually the price will be too high for all but a handful of teams like the Celtics, Lakers, clippers, knicks. Then the real bidding war starts.

5 months is a long time but I really think that AD is the Lakers best shot at getting another superstar. None of the top FAs are currently expected to be heavily considering LAL. Nor do I think any big FA signs with a new team before the AD situation plays out.

The pressure will REALLY be on if the young core cracks under this pressure going forward this season.

LeBron isn't going to stand for Maginka punting another season with those young guys if it's not looking good on the FA front

think the lakers have an outside shot at both kawhi and klay. but if neither happens? i can see boogie getting a big one year deal if he holds up through the finals. and then the lakers will be in the AD hunt in 2020

I think Klay is 100% staying in GS. Kawhi is a wild card.

Boogie ain't signing a one year deal.

If you believe Boogie, he may not be interested in a one year deal with LA after they passed over him this season.

That and he's playing fairly well on limited minutes. I don't think he gets a max deal but I can see him getting enough money and enough guaranteed years to sign somewhere.

I think the only way he signs a one year deal for big money is if he gets zero offers for 3+ years for reasonable (in his mind) money.
