Actually I hung around but you never showed so I went to sleep. Tech does indeed have 2 titles at the D-1 level. In women's basketball. ULM has a D1-AA title in football which both amount to jack shite really because no one really gives a frick about women's basketball or D1-AA football championships. Nor does ANYONE outside of ULM give 2 shits or 1 frick about ULM's water skiing "national championships" so don't bring those up.

You haven't worn anyone down. Stop patting yourself on the back since no one else will. You are simply a ranter that most just ignore, which I will as well after this post. Get a life and go do something productive outside rahter than just running up a post count to feel good about your insignficant meaningless life that has you so miserable that you have to spread negativity any chance you get leading to more stress for just you, and thus a shorter life... Hey, if you want to die sooner rather than later knock yourself out, I doubt you'll find many with any sympathy

doesnt tech have a couple of national titles in football in D-2
got one in 73 by winning a championship game.
got one in 74 via voting.
Division 1-aa wasnt even started till 78, so D-2 included pretty much the same teams that made up D-1aa
therefore i think the titles are comparable.
those are all football.

Now that no one outside of Louisiana (and my Brooklyn apartment) gives a shite about ULM and Tech, isn't it time to resume this natural football rivalry?

Tech has spent a lot more money than ULM over the past four years, and Tech's record over the past four years is still worse than ULM's. That's a fact. That says a lot about ULM's lack of effort and Tech's lack of an ability to do anything significant. I say let the two relatively equal midgets duke it out on the field every year for Labor Day Weekend.
I simply suspect that Tech is scared that people will laugh at them when they lose to ULM roughly 1/3 of the time. If true, there would appear to be an inferiority complex of some sort afoot.
