Find this a little funny when Lebron is basically planning his exit from Cleveland in a year.

Article says he wanted to ask for a trade last season, but didn't. Things are going fricking swell this off-season.

I'm glad Cleveland gets to do exactly what they did last time right before LeBron left.

Gilbert's dumbass might deal Lebron instead just to show him how much he hates him.

The thing is, Lebron wouldn't give a frick.

This was always a possibility for at least a month. Had no idea it would be this soon though.

Kyrie not wanting to play alongside him any more has nothing to do with LeBron as a teammate? Really? It may not be primarily about that (it also might be), but it certainly doesn't have nothing to do with it.

I don't think the league will be generous enough this time around to give them 47104720 #1 overall picks.

I like him, and he seems like a nice guy.

But he comes off as a guy who just wants to ball out on offense a few times per week...and nothing more. I don't think he even halfway cares about legacy or winning or anything like that.

Irving had a good relationship with Griffin, who was a point man in selling Irving on a five-year contract extension in 2014 even though the team was coming off four consecutive losing seasons.

I would argue a trade demand away from the Cavs indicates he puts more of an emphasis on winning than just scoring a bunch. In fact Woj just tweeted a team that came up in the meeting was the Spurs. If all he cared about was points he'd stay on the Lebron less Cavs and put up 33 a game
