Kolb has higher trade value for someone like Cleveland

If Kolb plays more like today, then Vick is on his way out, IMO. Andy stated he was the starter when Kolb returned from his concussion for a reason. I would hate to make this decision for the franchise, however.

Kolb is younger. He is a better fit for the type of offense the eagles want to run. He is accurate and less likely to be knicked up and injured since he doesn't run, as long as the offensive line is at least decent.

If the offensive line plays like it did versus GB the first game of the season, Vick would be the better choice.

It actually is a decent situation to be in. I wonder what kind of trade value Vick has.

You think they're gonna get rid of BOTH of them?

I thought Vick was on a one year contract...so his trade value would be zero...right?

The Eagles spent years running an offense around McNabb and Vick is like McNabb plus super juice. I think he fits in quite comfortably in an offense the Eagles would like to run.

Wait, you think Vick is better than McNabb was when he was in Philly?

Vick this year is 10x better then Mcnabb was last year.

With a nice 3 game sample size.

I'm sure Vick would have continued to not throw any INTs and have a 100+ QB rating.

I think they have to keep both. Vick doesn't have much trade value with his contract running out next year and they have to keep Kolb even if he doesn't start because odds are Vick goes down with injury again.

Vick will be the starter next week, because of this reason.

OL is dreadful.

How funny would that be if Vick was traded to Cleveland? Oh the irony...

Probaly Kolb. Some news report on Yahoo makes a big deal of why Vick wasnt suited/on sidelines of Eagles/Falcons game...who cares? Jeez, the bloggers that just question and critizise the stupidiest of things are just dumb.....LINK
