Depends from which perspective you're approaching the question
The better team almost always wins a 7 game series barring injury even with unfavorable matchups, so if you are an elite team you have a better shot of winning an NBA title than a Superbowl. However it is MUCH harder for above average teams who just barely make the playoffs to win the in the NBA playoffs as opposed to the NFL playoffs.

I guess it’s just me but that amount of games are played in a way way less physical variety means the NBA is way less harder.... plus in the NFL is a one game win or go home attitude.

Tampa wasn't middling really. They had a stacked roster and had preseason Super Bowl buzz. They had zero off-season to gel. Once it started clicking they were the best team in the NFL.
